Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using AnalyzeMyCloud's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Service Description

AnalyzeMyCloud provides Azure infrastructure cost optimization analysis services, which include:

• Automated analysis of Azure resources across your subscription(s)
• AI-powered recommendations for cost optimization
• Implementation guidance including Azure CLI commands
• Risk assessment for recommended changes
• Savings projections and tracking tools

3. Access Requirements

To use our service, you must:

• Provide read-only access to your Azure subscription(s) via a service principal with the "Reader" role
• Have administrative rights to create service principals in your Azure Active Directory
• Own or have authorization to grant access to the Azure resources being analyzed
• Be authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect only the minimum data necessary to perform cost optimization analysis:

• Resource Metadata: Names, types, SKUs, configurations, and pricing tiers of Azure resources
• Cost Data: Current pricing and historical spend where available
• Configuration Details: Settings relevant to cost optimization (redundancy levels, performance tiers, etc.)

We do NOT access, collect, or store:

• Application data or business information stored in your resources
• Credentials, secrets, or connection strings
• Personal information of your customers or end users
• Source code or proprietary application logic

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Evaluating all recommendations before implementation
• Testing changes in non-production environments where appropriate
• Backing up data and configurations before making changes
• Monitoring performance after implementing recommendations
• Revoking our access credentials after receiving your report (one-time analysis) or upon service termination

6. Our Responsibilities

AnalyzeMyCloud agrees to:

• Use read-only access credentials only for analysis purposes
• Never modify, delete, or create resources in your Azure environment
• Deliver analysis reports within 24 hours of granting access
• Provide email support for implementation questions (duration varies by plan)
• Process refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy
• Maintain the confidentiality of your infrastructure configuration

7. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. For subscription plans, billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

8. Refund Policy

Our 2x ROI guarantee is detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary: if you implement our recommendations and don't save at least twice what you paid us within 90 days, we'll refund your entire payment upon request with documentation of your Azure billing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that implementing our recommendations will achieve specific savings amounts. Actual savings depend on various factors including implementation timing, Azure pricing changes, and your specific usage patterns.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANALYZEMYCLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Implementation of our recommendations
• Performance impacts resulting from optimization changes
• Errors or omissions in our analysis or recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service.

11. Subscription Terms

For quarterly and monthly subscription plans:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods

12. Confidentiality

We treat your infrastructure configuration as confidential information. We will not disclose your resource details, optimization recommendations, or any information about your Azure environment to third parties, except:

• With your explicit written permission
• As required by law or legal process
• In aggregated, anonymized form for service improvement purposes

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the service while you have an active subscription, we'll provide a pro-rated refund.

14. Termination

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by revoking our access credentials and canceling any active subscriptions. We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately for violation of these terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnalyzeMyCloud operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
