Security & Access

We only require READ-ONLY access to your cloud accounts. We never modify, delete, or create resources. Here's how we access each cloud:

  • Azure: Service principal with "Reader" role only
  • AWS: IAM user with ReadOnlyAccess policy or custom read-only role
  • GCP: Service account with "Viewer" permissions

You maintain full control and can revoke access at any time.

Yes, absolutely. We use read-only access, encrypt all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and never share your infrastructure details with third parties. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your detailed resource data never leaves your cloud environment - we only analyze metadata and configurations. All analysis is performed in secure, isolated environments with multi-factor authentication and audit logging.

Pricing & ROI

If you don't save at least twice our analysis fee within 30 days of implementing our recommendations, we'll refund 100% of your money. No questions asked. We track savings by comparing your cloud bills before and after implementation. For example, if you pay us $3,000 for an analysis, you need to save at least $6,000 to meet the guarantee. Most clients save 15-20x our fee.

Pricing is based on your cloud spending:

  • Starter: $1,500 one-time (up to $10K/month cloud spend)
  • Professional: $3,000 one-time (up to $50K/month cloud spend)
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing (over $50K/month cloud spend)

Implementation

Our detailed reports include step-by-step implementation guides with CLI commands you can execute yourself. Each recommendation includes:

  • Estimated time to implement

For Enterprise clients, we offer optional implementation services where our team executes the changes for you. Most clients can implement recommendations in 2-4 hours using our guides.
